Detoxifying (Manual Lymphatic Drainage)
Moderate to deep pressure is used to move the lymphatic fluids by pumping and compressing tissues, muscles and joints. Abdominal massage is a significant part of this technique, as it is the major eliminator of toxins in the body. This method is more beneficial than the Vodder method due to the deeper pressure applied.

Chakrassage
A perfect union of chakra work and massage! This unique treatment incorporates a one-hour chakra balancing session with Tracy Perkins and is followed by a thirty minute Tibetan style massage with Audrey Parets. This profound combination is the perfect vehicle to move beyond those areas in life where one feels "stuck". The massage afterwards helps to integerate and assimilate the shifts which occured during the balancing session.
